Apology and Exchange Process for Defective "Super bright IkkiyMonkey Torch"
It has come to our attention that some units of the "Super bright IkkiyMonkey Torch" official merchandise, sold during the ongoing 47-Prefecture Tour "Ikimonogakari no Minasan, Konnitsu-ah!! 2026-2027 Cho Zenkoku Angya!! ~47 Todofuken Gurutto Nihon Isshu Shimashow!!~", have been found to be defective.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who purchased the affected product.
All defective products will be collected and replaced with inspected, non-defective items.

Defect Description
The product does not light up during the penlight/torch control performance segment of the concert.
Exchange Method
① [Pre-sales to during performance] Dedicated booth at tour venues (immediate exchange)
A dedicated booth will be set up within the official merchandise booth at each concert venue.
Our staff will check the condition of your product, and if a defect is confirmed, we will exchange it on the spot for an inspected, non-defective item.
If the defect is due to low battery, please replace the batteries yourself.
*Replacement batteries are available for purchase at the official merchandise booth.
② [After performance] Dedicated booth at tour venues (mailed at a later date)
A dedicated booth will be set up within the official merchandise booth at each concert venue.
Our staff will check the condition of your product, and if a defect is confirmed, an inspected, non-defective item will be mailed to your specified address at a later date.
Please contact the inquiry desk below and send the item to the return address below using "cash on delivery (shipping costs covered by us)."
If the defect is due to low battery, please replace the batteries yourself.
