3. If credit card payment is selected and approval from the credit card company is not obtained.

5. If another payment method designated by our company is selected and payment is not made within the specified period.
6. If we contact the user regarding the conditions for purchasing the product (payment method, product delivery method, etc.) and do not receive the necessary response within two weeks.
7. If delivery of the product becomes impossible due to reasons not attributable to our responsibility, such as discontinuation of production of the product.
8. If our company determines that the user has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior in relation to the use of this site.
Article 9 (Shipping of products)
1. Company shall deliver goods to Member or a shipping address designated by Member by courier or other services of a shipping operator designated by Company.
2. In the case of payment by credit card, the shipping procedure for the product shall begin after approval by the credit card company. It will take approximately 7 business days for the product to be delivered.
3. In the case of payment by convenience store payment/Pay-easy payment, the shipping procedure for the product shall begin after confirmation of receipt of the product price, etc. (Payment by other payment methods designated by our company will be determined separately). It will take approximately 7 business days for the product to be delivered.
4. If the user does not receive the product within a reasonable period of time due to an unknown delivery address or long-term absence despite the product being sent by the shipping company, our company shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations and shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the user due to non-delivery.
5. The period until the product is delivered may be extended for the following reasons. However, in this case, our company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the user due to a delay in the delivery of the product.
However, this does not apply if the member is damaged due to our intentional or gross negligence.
・When there is a large number of applications
・When delivery is impossible due to worsening traffic conditions caused by weather, disasters, epidemics, etc.
・When the product is temporarily out of stock
・When production of the product is delayed
・When there is an error in your order or payment, such as an over or underpayment of the fee
・When shipping operations are temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year's holidays, consecutive holidays, etc.
6. If you have not received any notification of delivery or delay of the product within one month after confirming your payment (after confirming your order in the case of credit card payment), please contact us.
Article 10 (Regarding product exchanges, etc.)
1. In the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the product will be exchanged. In such cases, returns and refunds will not be possible.
2. In the above cases, the user must contact us within seven days of receiving the product, providing their name, order number, and the condition of the product. If they contact us after that, we will not accept exchanges.
3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous two paragraphs, in the case of Article 8, paragraph 8, or if the product is sold out, we will respond by refunding the product.

1. If a member causes damage to a third party in using this site, the member shall resolve the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause trouble or damage to our company.

3. If a member causes damage to our company in violation of this article, our company may claim compensation for damages suffered from the member.
