How to register
To use the "Ikimonogakari OFFICIAL STORE", you must register your customer information.
Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process.

1. Check the Privacy Policy. Go to the [New User Registration] page.
Please read the notes and privacy policy carefully, and only if you agree, enter your name, email address, and password and press the "Create" button.

2. Access the registration page. An email will be sent to the email address you registered asking you to confirm your Ikimonogakari OFFICIAL STORE email address.
Click on the link in the email to complete your membership registration.

*If you do not receive an email, it may be because the email address you registered is incorrect or you have settings set up to only receive emails from specific domains.
Please make sure that you are able to receive emails from noreply@store.ikimonogakari.com and then send your email address again.

3. Customer information registration Customer information can only be registered once per person. Please note that duplicate registrations are not permitted.
Please note that you cannot register for delivery to a delivery company office, post office, or convenience store.
*When entering your name and address, old characters may not be displayed correctly due to the system. If your name contains old characters, please enter them in the new characters (such as 邉, 邊, 髙).
In addition, please do not use Roman numerals (I, II, III, etc.) or machine-dependent characters (such as Co., Ltd. or No.) as they may cause garbled characters.

Ordering Procedure
1. Product Selection Please select the product you want to purchase. You will be able to see the product details.
2. Once you have decided which products to add to your cart, enter the quantity and press the "Add to Cart" button.
If you would like to see other products, please select a category or return to the product list page.
Once all items have been added to your cart, click the [View Cart] button on the details screen of the last item you added, or click the [Cart] button at the top of the screen, and then click the [Proceed to Payment] button.

*At this point, the product has not yet been reserved. Your order will be confirmed when an "order number" is issued on the order completion screen.
3. Enter your email address and shopping password. If you have already registered or are shopping with us for the second or subsequent time, please click the [Login] button, enter your registered email address and password, and then click the [Login] button.
After logging in, please click the "Proceed to Payment" button again.

4. Confirm your customer information. Please confirm your name, address, and phone number, then press the [Proceed to shipping method] button.
5. Confirm your contact information and shipping address. Your registered contact information and shipping address will be displayed. Please confirm them and press the [Proceed to payment method] button.
6. Select your payment method (Credit card payment/KOMOJU/Convenience store/Other) and press the [Order Complete] button.
If you choose to pay at a convenience store, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page after pressing the "Order Complete" button.
Select the convenience store you would like to use and press the "Purchase" button.
*At this point your order is complete.
*The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline required for payment will be displayed (these items will vary depending on the convenience store you select). Be sure to print them out or make a note of them.
After checking your payment information, press the "Return to Ikimonogakari OFFICIAL STORE" button to return to the Ikimonogakari OFFICIAL STORE.
7. Order CompleteSelect the convenience store you would like to use and press the "Purchase" button.
*At this point your order is complete.
*The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline required for payment will be displayed (these items will vary depending on the convenience store you select). Be sure to print them out or make a note of them.
After checking your payment information, press the "Return to Ikimonogakari OFFICIAL STORE" button to return to the Ikimonogakari OFFICIAL STORE.
The order completion screen will be displayed, so please print it out or take notes, and be sure to check the "Order History" under [Member Information].
Please make sure to write down your order number as it will be required when you contact us.
